Anonymous analytics

To learn which pages are useful, we use Umami, an open-source analytics tool that runs on our own server (analytics.bans.ir). It records things like the page visited, the referring site, browser and device type, country, and clicks on the main buttons.

These statistics are anonymous, contain no names or contact details, and are not shared with any advertising network or other company.

Session recordings

A sample of visits is recorded anonymously: pointer movement, clicks, scrolling and how the page looked. Only the Bans team can see these recordings, and they are used only to find design problems and improve the site.

Anything typed into a field, including the demo request form, is masked in recordings, and passwords are never recorded.

Demo requests and contacting us

The form on the contact page sends nothing to our servers. It only opens a pre-filled email in your own mail app, and nothing reaches us unless you send it.

Whatever you share with us by email, phone or the demo booking system at erp.bans.ir is used only to answer your request and arrange a demo.

What we don’t do

We use no advertising cookies or trackers and never sell data.

Our online store at bans.ir/shop and the erp.bans.ir platform are separate systems and are not covered by this page.

Opting out

If you turn on “Do Not Track” in your browser, analytics and session recording will not run for you.
